The PACS training has been a very worthwhile session. All our data was successfully converted and we had some experienced supervision when working with the live data.
It is so much better than MYOB, the program I had been using here for the past two years. The Pay2k reporting and functionality is a long way ahead of other systems I evaluated before approaching you guys.
I have found First Class very user friendly and the technical support excellent. We have developed a strong timetabling team who are now confident in using the program in a very short amount of time.

Well done! The latest First Class version enables Faculty timetables to be produced, amongst other things, and it is a welcome addition. Again, working to improve the product from our suggestions makes me glad we use First Class as our timetable package!

We are very pleased with SAS2000, particularly with the remote desktop control where support staff can directly help you in front of your own screen. It is as good as having a person right there with you.
The Video Tutorials were all fabulous. I am an old hand at SAS2000 but they saved me reading through reams of very clear instructions. I kept pausing the videos and doing procedures as demonstrated - sooooo easy.

All is going really well with Reporter Pro. Absences generated flawlessly, all staff were able to write their reports both online or checked out and the coordinators have received a full set of reports for proof reading. All our staff really enjoy using Reporter Pro software.
