These documents show the relationships between the tables in the First Class 2000 database. These can be used as an aid when creating queries and reports within access. The first document shows the relationships for the main part of the database while the second shows the relationships for extras.
Notes:
The database layout usually has some small changes for each release of First Class to accomodate new features. The build that the diagram refers to is at the top left of the document.
The diagram shows tables "tblBlock" and "tblBlock_1". These both refer to "tblBlock". Similarly, the extras diagram shows "tblRoom" and "tblRoom_1" which both refer to "tblRoom". Same also applies to "tblTeacher" and "tblTeacher_1"
tblExtrasTeacher.BlockID does not have a relationship to tblBlock.ID so it cannot be assumed that a block exists to match this field. For all other fields which are part of a relationship it can be assumed that the related record does exist.
