On 1st October 2002 we introduced a new central support number for all software packages and the great news is you can call from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call. If you require support for First Class, SAS2000 or Pay2K you can now call the following number:
1300 301 931
The Support Centre is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The old support numbers will remain active for a short time only, so please ensure you update your records and keep this new number handy.
Note: The 1300 number is not available from mobile phones. If you are calling from a mobile you need to call (03) 9690 5004. Standard carrier rates will apply.
"I not only use all the brains I have, but all I can borrow"
Woodrow Wilson, US President
Based on this we're sure if Woodrow Wilson was alive today he would be an active participant in web based user forums. User forums are a great way of sharing in the collective knowledge of the wider community. Forum users not only post messages but can also reply to other users' queries. Why not share your knowledge with other users of the software? Maybe you have discovered a clever use for the software and think it's worth sharing, or you just need an opinion on the best way to set up a new feature. You can even post general support questions!
Recently we introduced user forums on our new website and would encourage all our software users to register and take advantage of the experience and knowledge of the entire software user base. While our support staff will regularly monitor the forums to answer queries, we would also encourage everyone to contribute. The power of a user forum is in the sharing of experience and information.
User Forum Page
Our forum is open to everyone, and you may view all postings without being a registered forum user. If you would like to contribute or post a query you first need to register your details by using the following link:

How do I resolve error messages headed "Insufficient Periods"?
If you receive an error message headed "Insufficient Periods" it means that you have created too many mutually exclusive allocations when defining your allocations (usually Blocks).
For example:
The error message may advise that: "At least 32 periods are required but only 30 are available. The following clash..." This means that you have created 32 mutually exclusive allocations, requiring 32 periods to timetable classes. As only 30 periods are available this is an impossible situation.
To resolve this situation:
 |
Click on the SHOW CLASH MATRIX button at the bottom of the INSUFFICIENT PERIODS window
|
 |
A COMMONALITIES MATRIX will appear
|
Each cell in the Commonalities Matrix indicates the commonality between the column and row header.
 |
R Indicates a Room commonality
|
 |
T Indicates a Teacher commonality
|
 |
F Indicates a Form commonality
|
To see the items that a cell indicates are common, drill down (double-click) on the cell.
Room commonalities are generally the simplest to resolve. Teacher and Form commonalities may require changes in allocations to resolve them. You may have created some "clashes" also (composite classes, for example). These will need to be removed temporarily.
www.triv.net
Do you think you might be a good candidate for "Who Wants to be a Millionaire"?
This website provides you with the opportunity to find out! Each quiz on the site has 15 questions, ranging from easy to extremely difficult, similar to the TV show. You are also given some familiar lifelines; ask a friend, 50/50, ask the audience. Unfortunately no money can be won, this is just for fun!
The quiz menu lists quizzes grouped by the date they were created and also by category. You can even submit your own quiz.
The site also features a Weird Trivia section that provides some unusual, and sometimes macabre, pieces of information. For example, did you know that Italian mathematician Geronimo Cardano, famous for his accurate horoscope predictions predicted his own death in 1576, even down to the exact hour. When the time came he was still alive and well so he killed himself rather than be proven wrong!
