How Do I?
How do I get a Summary for a pay run that happened in the past?
You can obtain a summary for a pay run that happened in the past by going to REPORTS>HISTORY. All the pay runs that are in Pay2k are listed here.
Highlight the pay run you are interested in and click on the PAYROLL SUMMARY button.
This will display a report listing the names of the employees that were included in the pay run and a summary of their Before Tax and After Tax amounts.
The report can be printed from the Preview by clicking on the printer button on the tool bar.
