How do I get a report on the Full Time Equivalents (FTE) for the organisation?

A report can be obtained giving the FTE for employees of the organisation providing the employees' FTE have been recorded.

To set up for the FTE:

go to MAINTENANCE>EMPLOYEE DETAILS and call up the employee record. There is an FTE field on the top section of the employee record. Enter the FTE that the employee works at the organisation and SAVE. Repeat this for each employee.

To run the report for the FTE information go to REPORTS > EMPLOYEE LIST.
Select the sort order for the report, by code, surname or department.
Select if inactive or terminated employees are to be included on the report.

The report will print the Code, Last Name, Given Name, Address and the FTE for each employee. At the bottom of the report a Total for the FTE will be given.

Where the sort order selected is by department, a total per department will also be given on the report.
