How do I check what information was on an employee’s payslip from a previous pay?

A history of the payslips that have been issued is kept in Pay2k. To view a previous payslip go to REPORTS>PAYSLIP ENQUIRY.

On the left of the form a folder will be listed for each pay date. Click on the yellow folder for the pay date you are interested in. Each employee who was included in the pay run will be listed. Click on the name of the employee and the details of their payslip will be displayed on the right side of the form. If necessary a copy of the payslip can also be printed from here.
