How do I get a listing of how the people in the pay run are to be paid when only some of the employees are paid electronically?
The Payment List report gives payment information for the pay that has just been updated.
For all the employees who were included in the pay update it lists the employee’s code, last name and first initial, the payment method and the amount to be paid.
There is space on the report to record the cheque number and the date paid for those employees who are paid by cheque, or the date paid for those employees who are paid in cash.
To run the Payment List report go to PAYROLL>PAYMENT LIST.
