Period Absences is a new module in SAS2000, and is an alternative to the SAS2000 Attendance module.
The major difference between the two alternatives is that Period Absences allows you to record student absences on a per period basis. You can specify the number of periods that your school requires, whether a simple AM/PM system or a full secondary school program.
Period Absences also offers a more streamlined data entry screen which will suit schools that enter absence data from paper records.

To use Period Absences it first needs to be switched on.
Note: When Period Absences Module is switched on the Attendances Module will be switched off.
