Training Dates

Now that the new school year has started you may be working with new office people and some skill levels may need improving.

Training in the use of your software, away from the day-to-day office workload, is just one way to ensure that you get the best out of your administration system - whether it is for new staff members who need to learn the ropes or a refresher for current staff. Our half-day courses offer a detailed and effective overview along with hands-on use of the key features, shortcuts and how-to’s.

Every attendee has their own computer and works with experienced instructors. Individual questions and issues can be dealt with to ensure that each person comes back to school enthusiastic and competent to achieve more than before.

The following training days are coming up but please book early as class sizes are restricted to 8 people.

	Students & Families	Wednesday 20 Feb - 9.00am to 12.30pm
	Fees & Receipting	Thursday 21 Feb - 9.00am to 12.30pm
	General Ledger & Creditors	Thursday 21 Feb - 1.00pm to 4.30pm

  How Do I...?

How do I stop the credit card details from payments printing on the Statement?
	Go to MAINTENANCE>SETUP>PAYMENT TYPES
	Select the Payment Method of Credit Card for a Payment Type that you have entered
	Check that the Show Details on Statement check box is un-ticked
	Repeat this process for any other Payment Types showing Credit Card as the Payment Method
How to get a count of families with more than one student at school…
	Go to PEOPLE>FAMILIES
	While you are in view mode, type >1 in the Students field
	Press the FIND button and SAS2000 will return all the families that have more than one student and display the first one found
	At the bottom right hand corner of the Family screen you will find the Record Count that indicates how many families with multiple students were found
