We understand that a handy, professional and immediate support centre is one of the indispensable services that Human Edge provides. While proud of our current system, we are always looking at ways to improve. With this in mind we would like to advise you of some upcoming changes:

An expanded phone system and new support number that will cover not only SAS2000 and Pay2k, but also include our timetabling package First Class 2000. The new system will have a nationwide number which will make it cheaper for regional and interstate users to access Service & Support.

A new website that will include back issues of previous newsletters, release notes, product information and other useful support tools.

A User forum is also included in the new website allowing our Service & Support subscribers to post questions (and answers!), as well as share information about how they get the best out of the software.

How do I quickly print a statement for one contact?
A new feature has been added to SAS2000 that lets you print a statement for one contact from the contact's record.

Go to PEOPLE>CONTACTS and select the contact you wish to print the statement for
|

Click on the ACCOUNTS tab
|
|
Right click with your mouse in the detail area. This will display a menu that has STATEMENT PRINT as an option
|

Select STATEMENT PRINT and the STATEMENT PRINT FORM will be displayed on screen with the contact selected
|

Enter the relevant criteria you require for the statement
|
|
PRINT your statement
|
A statement for a single contact can still be printed by going to REPORTS>FEES>STATEMENT PRINT, selecting the contact, entering the relevant criteria you require for a statement and printing.
